My career with Investors Trust Mortgage began back in 1987. Prior to my current position, my background was in finance and investment sales. Because of the tools available to me at Investors Trust, and through my prior experience, I have been very fortunate to have helped thousands of people achieve their goals and dreams of owning real estate.

Sometimes this was accomplished without a down payment, and at other times with people that had very poor credit. One thing that we continue to prove on a daily basis, is that if someone is passionate about wanting to buy real estate, then we can help them to do it!

One of the obstacles that consumers face when buying real estate is a lack of understanding of the process, the terminology of the industry, and all of the programs that are available to help them. For many years I have sought to provide people with the tools of education to set their minds at ease about how we can go about helping them. First, there was our radio program; a call in show that also featured properties for sale. Then, we developed a television series that informed people about all aspects of the home buying process. And now we are offering a first-time buyers seminar and a comprehensive investors seminar that outlines how to buy California real estate with built-in property management and positive cash flow!
